Richard P. "Dick" Ellis established Utility Services Associates Construction Company, Inc., in 1988, after working for 32 years in the communications industry. The company was founded on honesty and integrity and takes great pride in the success of the long-term relationships it has established. Since the death of Dick Ellis in 1995, his family and key employees of the company have strived to maintain the same principles and commitments to providing the best service possible.

Utility Services Construction offers a wide variety of services to the communications industry, focusing primarily on telephone and CATV outside plant construction projects. Our client list includes both independent and major carriers who provide access to traditional and emerging technologies for government agencies, corporations and individuals.

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Utility Services Construction has traditionally concentrated its efforts in the Midwest, but has the personnel and resources to handle major projects nationwide.
